When you contact us for help, we want to help you as quickly as two people can. If we receive your email or voice message in the business morning, our target is to respond to you by that afternoon, and vice versa during our normal weekday hours*.

When you call during business hours, you'll get Mark. He’s the owner, creator, programmer, and salesman, just to name a few titles. Because he has hand-coded Podcast Your Sermons, he knows the system like the back of his hand. Because he was a church planter and pastor, he also knows church administration.
Both Mark and Alisha have taken time to create short, helpful videos in non-computer English that quickly explain what you need to know about making the most of each feature we offer.

*In the case of server outage (meaning sermons or the sermon player are unavailable) outside of our normal work schedule, we are contacted electronically 24/7 and would work to make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
